How can you do best in networking?

It's a question that most of the people if they can understand they can make a big difference in their lives. Let me share you a bit of my story how I became successful in understand networking principles and guidelines that help me to keep having interest to be doing it .

In my initial time I was invited by a networker from Malawi who had to inspire me a lot and also he was one of my mentor .So if you really want to do better in networking you need a mentor someone who have been in networking for some years or month who can impart you with knowledge about networking and open your mind about dours and don'ts for this will help you to follow through what Networking needs you to do in order for you to make it .During my time I was just to start I was blank in head and I was just wondering to say what is this called networking and how do they do it , then also I was really broke nothing in pocket but how did I manage to join .I said to myself having financial problem can't deam my light to touch bright life of success .I had to engage myself in some piece work to raise a joining fee .I had a spirit that knowledge is much essential than having money but the head is blank .So I had to pay and start attending their trainings which equiped me to have a lot of skills and also understand what networking consist of in order for one to make it and I was very keen eye watch from my mentor in how he do networking .

This isn't enough for you to make it in networking .You also need to have a prospective skill , what I mean is most of the networkers who fail to make it it's because they do the following ;

1.prospecting people who don't have interest in their business so they invest much of their time in them persuading than focusing on business

2.Failure in targeting the right prospect who need their services .

3.Failure to withstand pressure they experience from the external opinions .This make them easily give up because they fail to understand that not everyone can like their business

4.Lack of faith , most of the people who fail in networking what I came to discover in them when the business don't seem showing up results they easily lose faith and hope in their business and then easily quit forgetting that in everything we do they are ups and downs .But consistency hard work is what define a successful journey.

Here are few tools you can us to overcome obstacles in networking

1.know your priorities , never spend time on things that don't matter in your life .You will end up spinning at one point while your friends are making a difference between yesterday and today.

2.Listen to motivational speeches like those of less brown,TD Jake's,Steve Harvey and many more who bring up your mind and behaviour to be in line with the future you want to have as well as be guided with hope as you do networking

3.Attend more trainings if you're just a new or a begginer in networking just because you will need skills to do networking .To be honest with you, you are going to cry if you lack knowledge and skills in doing networking business because people will need this for them to understand what your business is all about and how will you impart this knowledge in them for them to make it.

4.Inspire your team and be a person who welcome different views from your teammates for this is going to make your team strong .Inspire them with action and also encourage them to keep working hard so that the team keeps growing .The bigger your team is the more earnings and never make a mistake to leave your team when it grows be there as the leader and help them know doers and Don'ts so that they keep a good team growing.

5.Avoid keeping grudges or being angry on your members anyhow they will run away from you and your networking will die be that person who bring people together .The person who bring peace among his or her team for this is going to help a lot your team growth and keep every member in action for results.
